There is no guarantee to the accuracy of the information provided by the creators during the application process and as such Forged By Humanity and its parent company are not responsible for any fraudulent information provided in the application process.
Should sufficient information be found to prove that a Forged By Humanity Creators listed is not adhering to the requirements of membership or have fraudulently represented another creators work as their own, their membership shall be revoked and their name removed from the list of Forged By Humanity Creators. At that time Forged By Humanity will require the former member to cease using any Forged By Humanity branding in their past, current and any future work.
